Carly Cooks: Who knew brussel sprouts could make a delicious soup!?

4 cups of brussel sprouts

1 large tomato

1 onion

Chicken Broth 

2 chicken breast

Sea salt

Cracked black pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Canola oil

Chop tomatoes, onions and garlic and place in your pot with oil. Begin to cook them on low heat. Take your whole brussel sprouts and cut the end and then cut them in half and put them in the pot when you are done. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cracked black pepper, and a dash of sea salt for taste. Turn the pot up to medium heat and add about the chicken broth. Take the two chicken breast and cut into small chunks. Add your chicken into the pot and let simmer until your chicken is fully cooked. Afterwards I ate it with a homemade biscuit that I made earlier in the week but you can also use store bought biscuits as well.
