Carly Cooks: Baked Southwestern Smoked Sausage and Potato

- Red Potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 pack of smoked sausage
- Cracked black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Canola oil
Preheat your stove to 400°.
Cut your red potatoes as well as your red, green and yellow peppers. Season with garlic and onion powder and black pepper to taste. Place in your pan and put in the stove.
While that's cooking take your smoked sausage and dice into small pieces. No need to oil your pan because depending on what brand of smoked sausage you buy its already pretty greasy and you will want to cook a lot of the grease off.
Your potatoes should be done baking in about 30 minutes. Once they are done, add the smoke sausage and it's ready to be served.
You can also add a homemade biscuit or use store bought biscuit.
